I tried a new energy drink today. I've enjoyed Red Bull and others in the past but felt they could be better formulated. This one is truly exciting and it tastes great. It's called XS Energy Drink. They come in several flavors. I enjoyed Caffeine free Cranberry-Grape Blast.  I also enjoyed the Cola flavored version a while back. Anyway, it has 0 grams of carbs and is full of B vitamins and vitamin C. It costs about the same as Red Bull or a bit less. But it has more B vitamins and is sugar free.  I like it.

Visited retail stores in Welland Ontario today to promote Dois Amigos red wine. One of the best bargains in good wine.  It's a Marechal Foch/Baco Noir blend.  Excellent food-pairing wine.  This is a pleasant community on the Welland Canal. Ships pass through the canal to bypass Niagara Falls. Ocean going vessels can reach inland as far as Lake Superior by using this route.
