Wine
Tastings
A
wine tasting is fun, educational and cultural. It's
a relaxed event that allows people to enjoy themselves
without overt corporate or business pressures.
For example, Wine Tasting Events are a great way to introduce your products or services. Here's a description of a
recent event we managed:
Host:
Distributor of wholesale products
Target: New clients
Goal: Introduce clients to the host's products and staff
Location: River North Restaurant, with side trip to
two art galleries across the street
Our
wine tasting events are always in a highly desirable
setting like an french
bistro, jazz club, museum, cultural center,
etc. The typical event is not a sit-down affair.
It's more of a stand-up and mingle event. We choose
interesting wine themes such as "The Hottest New
World Wines from Chile, New Zealand and Oregon " or "Top
Chardonnays, Merlots and Sauvignon Blancs."
Our wine host pours the wine and describes the aromas,
flavors, balance and finish of the various wines.
Guests learn and enjoy in an entertaining way. Part
of the mostly free-form event features a guided tasting or
a team building exercise in which we split up into groups
and write tasting notes. One group judges the
others. Winners get prizes.
We select & purchase the wines according to a particular theme
in collaboration with your ideas and wishes. We produce custom tasting notes as handouts for the
event (see links to samples in right panel) >>>
Our hosts, all in the wine industry, are well-versed in the characteristics, flavor and history of the wines, thus providing a fun tasting, pouring and serving experience.
We look after all logistics.
